When I travel, I love to understand the culture and the cities that I visit. A simple door, window, a wall can tell so much of history and events in a certain place. I compare this to the wrinkles in the face of people who have lived enough to know and tell stories. Each rock, its design, the city where you can find it is like talking to the world and its most precious secrets, where happy, painful, and unusual events have occurred, but those structures are still standing for the world to see and understand the gift of life and time. How much the world shows us, but how little we understand and want to see.
