Understanding the process of growing and learning is a real challenge, but mother nature is a great teacher. When you observe how plants and flowers grow on a vine is the clearest and best example of how we grow. You see flowers and leaves tangle and untangle as they make it to their way up the vine. Life is the same. You must tangle and untangle. In other words, we make mistakes, and we fail to be able to learn. It's like looking at clouds and imagining shapes. Many of my abstract art is inspired by observational drawings from nature. Mother nature is bleeding because we are not taking care of her, and we are ungrateful. We need to act and protect our planet for future generations. This design tries to create consciousness about how we need pure air, green spaces, and a place to protect animals. Every time there is a wildfire, thousands of acres are destroyed, animals are killed, and a great loss happens. One of the things that I loved about this theme was the beauty and variety of colors and forms I could use for the event. Traveling around the world is one of the things I enjoy the most. Taking the time to learn, understand and admire this world is the best gift that you can give to yourself. The world has so much to offer and give and is the best school or university you could ever go to. Road trips have taught me tolerance, respect and opened my mind most significantly. They tell you that the grass is greener on the other side, but the truth is that the grass is unique and beautiful everywhere you go if you could adapt and learn. We all have gone into many different life cycles in life, similar to what happens in nature with plants and animals. I have lost my parents, many friends, and family members during my life, which has caused great pain and sometimes a lack of understanding of why they left. I bought many books and talked to many spiritual guides, and they have made me see life differently. When you stop your inner voice and observe what happens around us, you can understand nature and life cycles as they are. If we visit a park every day and come back to the same plant, we can see how it evolves and grows or dies, which is exactly what happens with us. We develop every day, give our best, and we have to let new things come and evolve like us once we did our part. Accepting who we loved did and letting them go when their time comes for them to leave is the best act of kindness and love we could have. During one of my multiple visits to the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada, I enjoyed taking walks around Rose Garden. As my son was studying there a demanding career, I saw him suffer so much, which gave me anguish and stressful feeling. No one likes to see a loved one suffer, and worst to see them stress out. Walking around the campus, trying to find some peace of mind to reflect on how to help him out, I found this amazing place called UBC Rose Garden. I started to walk around this gem, which has a perfect view of the ocean, and immediately I got a sense of peace in my heart. The aroma of those beautiful roses, which in their majority were pink, made me feel like I was walking around the finest aromatherapy spa on planet earth.   When I think of moorlands, I always think about how something can even grow up so high. There is a lack of oxygen because of the high altitude, and its land is very rocky. The thing is that I am very wrong about my perception and how I see something! When I go on hikes to this amazing place on planet earth, I see the most exquisite variation of flowers, plants, leaves with the most amazing colors that you could ever imagine seeing in such type of terrain. This moves me to think how in such an arid landscape, the miracle of life happens. Making a connection with our own lives is similar to what happens to us when we are in pain, when we don't see the light, when we lost all hope and think nothing good can come out of us, we forget to see that in those arid times of life the most beautiful and strong learning happens inside of us.   Every single day I wake up to the sounds of birds flying around my garden. This gives me so much peace of mind and helps me wake up with joy and start a fresh new day. There is nothing more relaxing than walking in your garden, park, or sidewalk, admiring all those beautiful plants, trees, flowers, and listening to the melody of birds flying around you or up in the sky. This is a special moment that allows me to meditate and think about my day ahead. I also love when I see clouds and birds flying as it makes me think how beautiful heaven might be. This simple design has an important and special meaning for the History of Art. Its symbolic meaning to some cultures and the world makes them think  about nature, religion, cultures, diversity, acceptance, and how simple geometric shapes can tell a big story. Its symmetry, for me, represents alignment and how cyclical the world and its events are.   When I painted this design background, I was inspired by the Amazon River by its majestic size and biodiversity. I love to see rivers and how those  big water bodies move and sail long extensions of land. It makes me think and meditate about letting go, healing, turning the page, and keep going.
