There is a special technique that helps me meditate, which takes me mentally to Tibet. Originally silk painting is mostly related to China as a long traditional form of art. Tibet has some strong roots in this technique also. As I paint, I feel connected to the Buddhist monks in Tibet and how they use art to meditate and connect to their inner selves. It's like looking at clouds and imagining shapes. Many of my abstract art is inspired by observational drawings from nature.   During my life, I have worked in many foundations helping people with different needs. I have often found that living in peace of mind can help heal the heart and soul. Taking the time to express themselves as they walk around gardens with beautiful flowers helps them ease the pain and see things from different perspectives. Flowers are potent and can guide you; as a therapist, you make your patients see how similar we are to them.
