  Family is one of the most beautiful concepts worldwide, yet it is tough to keep up with love and respect. Why is this? It is because we all as individuals have different ways of seen things, reacting to events, and showing love. Respect is one of the ingredients that sometimes we forget to apply, and we could break the most amazing bond in this world, family love and trust. There is a special technique that helps me meditate, which takes me mentally to Tibet. Originally silk painting is mostly related to China as a long traditional form of art. Tibet has some strong roots in this technique also. As I paint, I feel connected to the Buddhist monks in Tibet and how they use art to meditate and connect to their inner selves.
