There is a special technique that helps me meditate, which takes me mentally to Tibet. Originally silk painting is mostly related to China as a long traditional form of art. Tibet has some strong roots in this technique also. As I paint, I feel connected to the Buddhist monks in Tibet and how they use art to meditate and connect to their inner selves. I live in a place surrounded by mountains, and looking at them always gives me hope to keep going and dreaming. I always think of all who take long walks to crown the mountains and all the effort it takes to feel and see that you can achieve all you want if only you wish for it. We all have gone into many different life cycles in life, similar to what happens in nature with plants and animals. I have lost my parents, many friends, and family members during my life, which has caused great pain and sometimes a lack of understanding of why they left. I bought many books and talked to many spiritual guides, and they have made me see life differently. When you stop your inner voice and observe what happens around us, you can understand nature and life cycles as they are. If we visit a park every day and come back to the same plant, we can see how it evolves and grows or dies, which is exactly what happens with us. We develop every day, give our best, and we have to let new things come and evolve like us once we did our part. Accepting who we loved did and letting them go when their time comes for them to leave is the best act of kindness and love we could have.   When I travel, I love to understand the culture and the cities that I visit. A simple door, window, a wall can tell so much of history and events in a certain place. I compare this to the wrinkles in the face of people who have lived enough to know and tell stories. Each rock, its design, the city where you can find it is like talking to the world and its most precious secrets, where happy, painful, and unusual events have occurred, but those structures are still standing for the world to see and understand the gift of life and time.
